The prices was a bit high for them to have merchandise on clearance what did they do Boost the price up and then put it on clearance

J Penny's is my go-to store. They usually always have what we need. I've been shopping at this department store for several years. I enjoy their rewards and the benefits of their cards. There are many other stores to spend money at but somehow I always end up here in the end!

Love this shopping venue. If you need anything that is for the professional look, then Penny's is it. Their Worthington and L. Claiborne collection is some of the best quality compare to Salt, Nordstrom and Macy.

Had an online return. The young lady at the counter made it look so easy. She was kind, effecient and friendly

Got new very nice clothes, and feel comfortable.
