Positives: their blended products are incredible. The staff has a sense of positivity that is hard to get along with at first, but quickly grows on you and becomes something you look forward to with every visit.nnNegatives: the hot coffee products. Idk why, but I always end up doctoring my hot white mocha at home, and all I do is simply stir it. That is frustrating, but something I easily get over.
I couldn't find my wallet after I ordered so I pulled up and let them know. After I spent some time looking for it in their parking lot, they were so nice and took care of me. I have always loved scooters, but acts of kindness like this make me want to keep coming back. Thank you for your kindness and the drink was great as well!
I visited this Scooters location through the drive through on Christmas Eve around 11:15AM and couldn’t be more pleased with our service. The man taking our order at the drive through was SO cheery and gave me a good laugh. The woman at the window was quick and made sure to wish a happy holidays. Such a joyful experience! Thank you!
I wish they kept some of the seasonal flavors even after the holidays. Sugar cookie goes away too fast.
