Long story short, I love the customer service at this location!nnI went with a friend and for some reason her QR code for her rewards wasn't working so we couldn't get a coupon she had. The young woman at the window was so nice about it and made sure to give us her name in case we had any further issues, she was very apologetic. It wasn't really that big of a deal to us but we really appreciated her for doing such a great job and being so kind.

I stopped here on the way to the DMV. I was astounded by the stellar customer service that Madi had presented. When placing my order her friendliness and ability to connect with me as a customer was above and beyond. I applaud her for her as exemplary service. A great asset to this location hands down. I will definitely go out of my way to frequent this location in the future due to this experience! Thanks for making my day brighter!

Today was pirate dayud83eudd9c we pulled up around 7:50pm and I began to talk to the gals in a pirate voice to get the free extra expresso shot. They were so fun and such sweet girls!!! We all had a good laugh. Thanks Caroline and Elise (sorry if I miss-spelled your names) you ladies are awesome! Made our evening and we will be back. Arrrrrrrr matte ud83dude1c

Scooters is by far my favorite place to buy my coffee since moving to Nebraska in Oct 2019 they are always nice, polite and engaging my only complaints are their not open 24hr and they don't sell cheeseburgers. Five stars for all of these little coffee shacks.
