The scooters on South Street and normal boulevard always has the most upbeat and positive sweet people working in the Drive-Thru! They are always happy and nice! Literally they'll do little dances or say hello or make your day special while you're buying your coffee every single time and it makes that big of a difference that I will drive out of my way to go there just because they make every day special with their upbeat personalities! They always ask how your day is going and they will cheer for you, it's so sweet!

On top of having great coffee, I collect their grounds and turn them into wonderful compost and nutrition for my garden.nTheir products have redeemed my faith in Scooters, as I haven’t found appreciation for them before visiting this store. The employees are sweet and make some good drinks.nI get the blended mocha or the scooter shooter, both which turn out great.nnThank you all. Much Respect.

Almost every time I go there, the customer service is terrible and they aren’t at all friendly or nice. Aside from the unfriendly customer service, I’ve seen them multiple times climb on top of the counter behind their register (where people can use to sit at and plug in their phones) and dust the counter, which makes the dust go everywhere including on the side where the drinks and food are prepared!!!!!!!!! So there may be dust in your drinks!!! It seems as though a step stool must be too much of a hassle to use or buy for this location. So overall, 1 star is just being way too generous. This scooters at Gateway is by far the worst I’ve been to because of how disrespectful the staff is and how they go about their business and cleaning.

Chain coffee shops just aren't very good. They make their employees focus too much on customer service and less about making a decent cup of coffee. Too much sugar and milk, with way to watery coffee

The girls who work this location consistently seem irritated that I've ordered something... don't expect any kind of polite friendliness. When I recieved a cold breakfast sandwich I was looked at like it was somehow my fault and didn't get a sorry for the mistake. I suggest avoiding this location.
