This location has fantastic customer service. I stop by about 1-3x a week and they're ✨always✨ bright and cheerful. It starts my morning off nicely to be greated like that. Every location I've been to has lovely employees, but I especially like this one and the Pine Lake store. Scooters must treat their employees right if they're good to the customers. My orders have never been wrong, even when I change an item last second. They offer suggestions without being pushy. They got through a line of 7 cars in 3 minutes the other morning. And they follow the CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
The 6am ladies who work at this location are always so pleasant and efficient! Great coffee, great service!
I come here sometimes because it’s close to my work. Half the time my order is incorrect or I have to repeat it because staff in the background are talking loudly. This location takes a while to get orders out as well. Sometimes I think they care more about making small talk than getting an order right... I can appreciate them attempting to connect with customers, but some of us introverts would rather have a “hi, how are you” and get our drink than to sit and chat for 5 minutes.
The staff at this scooters are the best in the business. They are great at making pleasant small talk and are always quick and accurate. Since the beginning they have taken the pandemic seriously. I trust them and enjoy the opportunity to interact with them.
Great service, I always enjoy my order from this Scooter's location especially.
