I needed help with a new phone and streamlining my phone services. John at the Farmington store in Utah identified my issues, walked me through my options and helped me pick the best alternative. He then made sure my new phone was set up and worked properly (this involved configuring dual sims on one phone). Kudos go to Luke at the same store for helping as well. They both were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very positive experience thanks to them.
There aren’t any AT&T stores in Wyoming, so my husband tried getting what we wanted through the online store. They were very...NOT HELPFUL. I had an appointment in Utah, so we decided to drop by the Farmington, Utah store. Best decision ever! All employees were friendly, and the one that helped us really made us feel taken care of. His first name is Luke, and he looks like an extremely well groomed lumberjack. He spent a lot of time to figure out which phones would work best for us, and the best way to buy 4 iPhones with insurance that has a low screen deductible. When we left the store, my husband said, “I hope that guy earned a good commission.” That says it all.
