These guys are lucky I can’t leave a negative 5 stars review!!! First of all I wanted to buy a new Apple Watch today and asked for a specific model and size. After I left I noticed they gave me the wrong size. When I went back to the store to tell them they said they were sold out of the size that I wanted. I asked them if they had another model and they said they had a different one that was in my size. I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy this watch. When I got home I had an email from Greg zeh saying that they sold me the wrong watch and that I needed to pay $100 more for the watch that I currently had. They said if I then I would have to take the watch back into the store. Forcing me to pay for the more expensive one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!

They were trying to void my warranty because I didn’t buy my 12 from them. An iPhone is an iPhone and therefore is covered by a manufacturers warranty. They were running circles around this fact so they can keep their quota of new phones. Wanted me to buy a new phone from them even though it was the manufacturers fault that the display was defected. Couldn’t come up with a decision to swap my phone out until 2 hours later. Wasted my whole day when they could have just simply handed me the phone like they said they were gonna do when I called in from Provo where I live. Terrible customer service. Made an already negative experience even worse. No one should have to go through that when they buy a new phone.

Wonderful service, was in and out within an hour and was told it would be 3. Very clean and lots of open space.

Its a we'll designed store and a cool place at that. The workers there were every understanding and nice, especially since my Iphone 7 has that weird connectivity issue. I'd go back if needed to.

This Apple store has great staff, and a high volume of customers. There is an abundance of Apple tech, family friendly store would get five stars but the volume of people accessing the Genius Bar make it a long wait despite great service and excellent planning on Apples part to accommodate everyone’s needs.
