Best T-Mobile location I have found! Chris went above and beyond to help and answer any questions! He was patient and kind helping my family switch carriers and phones, not a simple task! But he did it efficiently and without issues! Anna was also amazing at helping! Do yourself a favor and come to this location first!
This location has always been so wonderful and helpful! Even if they are busy helping other customers, they make sure to acknowledge you and help you in a timely manner. Definitely visit this location!
Got there at 957 am today.... Google search said their special hours for today started at ten AM..
Pulled up right outside as two employees unlocked the door and went in. (They watch me pull up right outside)
Sign on the door also states they open at ten. There i stand outside the store for 20 to 25 mins...Door locked... no sign of life. I call the store twice.. they ignore it.
I wonder what they do when they hide in there.
Is it because I drove my fancy car and it's their job to humble me?
I realize Jason will be letting me know he is sorry that I didn't get great service, but maybe Jason might talk to the kids and get them to behave.
