I absolutely love these people. The ever-present staff is highly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly. They knew just what to do to help get my new home theater set up. You may be able to find things cheaper online, but rest-assured the equipment quality at Best Buy does make a difference. It works reliably.

This review is specifically for Dylan in Geek Squad, I’ve been in multiple times lately trying to fix my laptop with my total tech support plan and have been helped by others who have helped me but have not gone above and beyond like Dylan has this time! He really took the time to help me and really get my computer running the way it should. He knows what he’s doing and was very open with me and helpful! Thanks Dylan

This location has really good customer service with plenty of employees to provide assistance to those in need. They have a pretty good inventory but it does differ from the other locations on products merchandised via displays. My only qualm is that the website claims to have inventory in stock at the location but that is not accurate. This location is also terrible at e-commerce online orders which takes hours longer than expected.

Bought a freezer online today at 5:15 p.m. REALLY needed the freezer today but they were closing at 6. I called and they said although they were closing at 6 if I could be there by 6:15 p.m. they would wait for me. Who does that any more? Totally awesome. Randy and Kevin came out and loaded the freezer in my SUV. They couldn't have been any friendlier and wouldn't even take the tip I tried to give them. Thanks so much for the top notch service guys!

I have been trying to get ahold of this place for over a week. They don’t open until 10am. I’m trying to just simply change my delivery date. The store is great the employees are great as well. This is a rating for there phone wait time. I can only call on my lunch, which is 30 min. I’m on hold for over an hour just to try and talk to these folks about changing my day. I guess I will just have to take the day off and drive down to Farmington to get someone to change it.
