Had a set of packages being delivered, when on the due date, only one arrived. Called around to locate the other two, which were missing at first. I was freaking out, because we needed these packages by a certain date. The guys at Shakopee and the North St. Paul distribution centers were MORE than helpful. They went the extra mile to locate my other packages & kept in touch with me the entire time, explaining the processes in detail. I get anxiety over stuff like this, and they helped me stay in a place of sanity. LOL! Thanks guys!
Every single time I have a package that goes through this shakopee location its completely beat up. Any other location no problem but this one is a joke
The few times I’ve needed to use fed ex it has completely messed up my schedule. If you are recieving a package you need to sign for, might as well take the whole week off from work because they will change the drop off date at 7pm the day it was suppose to be delivered
If you need a package delivered on time, don't bother with Fedex. This location is run by people that just don't care. I have an item that is just sitting in the location for 4 days, I live 15 minutes drive away from this location and yet they still find it difficult to deliver to me. If you need something delivered, don't use Fedex if this location is handling it. They just don't care about your stuff. Even when I called, they just didn't give a damn.
Twice drivers have entered in a delivery exception saying our business was closed or customer was unavailable when they never even attempted delivery. The business was open and staff is here 24 hours a day.
