Great customer service. Exceptional knowledge for storage recommendations. Great smile and happy ambition for customer service. Showed us units and door with code operations. Recommend this storage highly for anyone. Exceptional clean.

I haven't used a storage facility in probably 20 years. I was impressed with how easy it was to reserve and get the storage space rented online. A friendly welcome call from Jessica was a nice surprise as well. Made my first trip to the facility last night and it was as clean and nice as the pictures online. It was a quick in and out to drop off what needed to go into storage. Highly recommend! Tom

Finding good help is hard to find. I have had to rent two units from this location. Both times the customer service was excellent. Jessica went above and beyond my expectations. More than WILLING to help every step of the process and coming up with solutions to some problems that came up. Could not ask for more . Thank you for making moving easier. Very thankful.

I have been to a lot of storage units in my day, but I have never had nearly as good an experience as I did at this CubeSmart. The facility was clean, so easy to access, had a comfortable waiting area and clean restrooms. But the best asset was the people who worked there. Over the course of my long move to the area, Jessica helped me over the phone several times, arranging contactless payment from out-of-state and checking on the status of packages that arrived. She was such a kind, knowledgeable, and helpful person through the whole process and made moving a joy — I always looked forward to our phone calls! And when we did arrive at the unit for the first time, Darice got us access instantly and welcomed us warmly to the area. When we had some issues with our access code, she jumped right in to help, and she also directed us to the carts we'd need for moving items between our unit and the car. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Thank you!
