We have a small condo that had been pretty beat up by previous renters. Jason was quick to respond to our inquiry and provide a quote. He completed the work we requested in a timeline that fit our needs. His work was great and would use his services again. Definitely recommend Dan Patch.
Had a massive ice damn in gutter due to shingle material from new roof blocking spout. Ice was building on sidewalk and creating a hazard. Came the very next day and steamed it out and assisted in documenting the issue/cause which then the roofing company paid for. Thanks for the quick and efficient service.

I was very happy with my carpet cleaning, and Duct cleaning. My pet stains were removed and the odor is gone. They were better than Zerorez, and cheaper.
I preferred to use a local company & the reviews were outstanding for Dan Patch service and they had many repeat customers. All reviews were positive. Called Jason last week and scheduled carpet cleaning for first level. He is very polite and personal. Carpets look great and will be using Jason in the future for second level and stairs.
