Future Images

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with this company for years. I don't know why school athletic programs keep using them!! One year they lost the photo they took of my son, then tried to tell me they didn't take a picture, then photo shopped his face onto another kids body. The photo shop was HORRIBLE. Another time they didn't have the order forms available before picture day, but said to go online to order. WELL.....they don't have them available online and won't return phone calls so that you can order. (This has caused problems multiple times) This time, they gave the sophmore team photo to my Varsity son. He is not even in the sophmore photo. I called several times and left a message, to which I received no answer or call back. I finally left a message saying that I was going to tell the coach to never use them again, and FINALLY someone called back and said to call him directly next time. He said he would get the correct photo in the mail. Over a month later....still no picture. I called back and he said he would get it in the mail AGAIN. I still don't have the picture months later. I called and left a message and told him to just refund my money if they can't get the correct picture AND get it in the mail. I still haven't heard back from them!! Take your own camera and do it yourself. They can't get it right!
