Alex was wonderful. He did everything I asked of him and was willing to go above and beyond by making sure my papers were cut well and laminated. Great customer service.
So I'm pretty sure I was only one of two people in the store... I walked past an employee probably 3 times looking at the signs hung above each aisle... this guy was too busy looking at his cell phone to say "hello sir what can I help you with or help you find" ... When I finally approached him he gave me an aisle number walked off with his cell phone in hand and put me in the wrong aisle.... What are we dealing with these days with employees that are more wrapped up in their cell phones than providing good customer service?
Amended.. so someone from customer service support reached out to me and said send us your phone number and email so that we can fix things... Never heard from a soul....
Got what I asked for but get home find out need another cable. So I went to wal Mart who is closer but out of first part. Only 4 dollar cable. You missed add on sale plus happy customer. Ask a question that's why we go to you to make it work.
I bought a keyboard on 11/29/2019, a key came of after one use, took it back and got a SLO for a very condescending manager.
Apparently, the company who send me daily e-mails and can get my profile out of my credit card number is not capable to track a receipt when I need their support. This is why people buy from amazon. To add insult to injury, the so call manager, tells me that a missing key of a 25 day old keyboard is abuse. The conversation lasted 2 minutes and they didn't even try to help. I worked for Best Buy for years, and I would have easily chose a $10 cost keyboard over customer loyalty, again do yourself a favor and use amazon.
Steve helped us second time we came in to pick up a computer, wasnt very helpful. Very snarley.
