John from Farmington World Market demonstrated the best customer service by going above and beyond. We mistakenly came to pick up our online order 10 minutes after the store closed. John was very kind and agreed to bring out our item to us despite being closed. Big thank you!!
They were great. Had things I never would of expected. They had snacks, drinks, food, candy from all over.
Ashley in Farmington, Utah went above and beyond to help us when there was a computer error on our order. We expected a couch, but because of the error there was no couch delivered. Ashley went to bat for us and worked a deal so that we were able to purchase the display model, thereby insuring that we got our couch on the day we were supposed to receive it. We are so grateful to Ashley for caring enough to help us. Excellent customer service!! Wow!!!
Thane was super helpful the other day at getting my online order ready and out to me in a timely manner. My order kind of got lost in the system, but he made sure that I got everything that I ordered and I was able to get everything before they closed. Thane was very courteous and kind, and had great customer service!
