My wife and I went to a few fireplace stores around Duluth. Energy-Plus has by far the most friendly staff. We worked with Chris, had all of our questions asked, measurements taken, and an order placed without a hitch. The electrician came in and did a great job installing power to where the insert was going. After the gas line was installed (external company) it was a relatively easy wait for installation. The installers came in and did a great job, finishing up in just a couple short hours. We absolutely love it. The quality is great and it is so nice to be able to have a fire to sit by in the house. For sure I would recommend Energy-Plus to anybody.
Stopped in to ask about the fireplace in the house we just bought. Salesperson spent more than 20 minutes to answer all our questions, even though it was clear we weren't buying anything. Very knowledgeable about their products and helpful.

When trying to figure out how to adjust my charging system of my solar/generator system, Dameon said my equipment was too old and hung up on me. I purchased everything new 5 years ago. How is a person going to get updated equipment with service like that?
Energy plus has excellent customer service and will only sell you what you need. They rehabbed our 18 year old fireplace instead of trying to sell us a new one. CJ is great to deal with at the shop and Dave our technician was amazing. They work fast and are honest. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure in a time where we were so worried about a huge expense. Will call them again when we need service or a new fireplace.
