We were blown away at the professionalism of Darcy. She asked a lot of great questions and helped us find the bed that was the best fit for us and our situation. All the sales people were extremely friendly and apologetic about the wait when we got there. Chris was great with walking us through all the beds and setting us up with our sleep numbers. No pressure to buy something you didn't want, and very informative on all options. We purchased the iLE 360 flex king and adjustable frame. Hardest part seems to be the wait (2 weeks) to get our bed

I had initially started my order on line (late evening) but left my item in the cart as I had questions. I was called the next day by the Duluth store. The wonderful salesperson talked to me about my specific needs. He did NOT try to pressure me into purchasing the most expensive bed. In fact, he talked me into the lower price items simply because it fit my needs.
