Our experience at this store is always top notch. Most all of our home furniture is from here. Donna McDonald is awesome! So very helpful coordinating everything for us. Heather also helped me when Donna was off.nSuch a welcoming & laid back atmosphere whenever we have been there. A very satisfying store to do business with, since 1986 when Karen & Larry helped us decorate our new home!
If you don’t live in Duluth you won’t get warranty work done. I’ve been trying since December and keep being told they will call me. Don’t know who they are, but haven’t received a call. Go some place else. July 2020 still waiting! November 2020 still waiting! This process started December 2019 and repair completed February 2021. If you need repair, keep calling, leave messages and years later it will happen. Good luck to all.
Sandra was amazing! She greeted us at the door with a warm welcome and then asked us what had brought us in today. Once we explained what it was we were looking for she took us around the store and showed us many different pieces that met our needs. She was not pushy at all and let us bounce around until we made our decision. Our stop to Schneiderman's was the last of four different furniture stores and it should have been our first! She didn't leave us on our own but also did not feel like she was hovering over top of us. Over all a very pleasant experience.
Our farmhouse dining room set looks fantastic!! Shipping was delayed due to covid, but it was worth the wait! Exactly what our new house needed. Our sales lady (retired) called every few weeks to let us know how the shipping was going. I will shop here again.
Heather was beyond awesome! Highly recommend her to anybody looking for furniture. We will definitely be going back to her for furniture needs in the future.
