Clancy and his crew at Saltwood Furniture are my first call when it comes to custom fine woodworking. He has worked on several projects with us. He has done everything from custom manufacturing and installation of fireplace mantles to manufacturing custom wood trim to match existing trim in a remodel in a 100+ year old home. His knowledge of wood and finishing is excellent with many options that are environmentally friendly. He also has a great selection of different woods to choose from. He has helped with everything from a beam to accent a room or recycled wood from a historic grain elevator turned into siding for an accent wall.
Built a stained, single-piece mantle for my condo back in June and it was absolutely flawless! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for custom wood-work for either their business or home! Clancy is passionate, approachable and impeccably skilled based on my experiences with him. I'm attaching a photo of the mantle he made for me. I still look at it an marvel at the workmanship. Give him a look, you won't be disappointed!
Clancy can build anything you'd want out of wood. His craftsmanship is unbelievable.
