The online version of this truck rental messed up and booked me for a one way trip. I called and talked to a lady in customer service. The price almost trippled when i was only going 30 miles. I couldn't pay it. Not once did this lady say anything about a cancellation fee. I then look in my checking account and they took out $100. I called and a guy told me it's their policy. Why the hell was i not informed of this then?! I will never go through you guys! I will also tell friends and family about this! People should not have to pay for your website messing up!
They over charged me, was suppose to be 79.65 for truck and 40 miles, I went 3miles over. I even filled the tank before I dropped it off but they charged me 111.99. Can afford thos extra cost when moving
