We had the misfortune of ordering from Real Closets this summer. Our order, which was placed on August 6th, 2020, had numerous delays and mistakes -- Brian, the owner, sent unnecessary pieces while missing key items that were actually in our order. It's December now, and we are STILL missing our drawer fronts in our closets, making two drawers unusable. We have made numerous calls and sent texts, and while Brian seems nice enough, he always has an excuse for the delays and missing items, and he still has not sent the drawer fronts. It's completely unprofessional, and though we'd planned to use him for our other closets, we will never do business with him or Real Closets again.
