Our truck rental went fairly smoothly yesterday. But there are a couple things folks should be aware of:nn1) The tires are not suitable for MN winter. We couldn't pull off to the side of the street near our house (in Minneapolis, definitely not a rural location) without getting stuck and had to park far down the street which made moving heavy furniture considerably more difficult.nn2) Make sure the platform takes you to a page with answerable questions when you drop off the truck! It brought me to a static checklist, which I followed, and indicated the reservation was completed. But then after locking the vehicle and dropping the key in the after-hours slot, I noticed that the reservation was still active on my account and that it hadn't been completed after all and that it required questions be answered and photos of the odometer be taken - which I couldn't do at that point since I'd already dropped the key. So basically, the reservation couldn't be closed till the next day due to a fault with the online platform, which doubled the rental rate for the vehicle.

I arrived early to buy boxes for an upcoming move, and the customer service was excellent. People who work here are really friendly and helpful, and carried a large bundle of boxes out to my car for me. They're also doing a great job with social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. I'll definitely come back to this location when I need moving supplies. Thank you!

I was scheduled to have an hitch installed today 7/3/20 at 12:00PM at the U-Haul station on Como Avenue in Saint Paul. When I got there the store manager told me that her installer had been out sick and that my appointment should have been cancelled or moved. But instead of helping me setting up a new appointment, she simply told me to call the 1800 number and said that's all she could do for me. What kind of customer service is this??

Nice staff, but my credit card information was stolen by someone involved in storage unit payment processing. I was forced to cancel the card since the person charged other purchases at different uhaul locations out of state. I emailed the manager, Matt Underwood, with no response. Do not leave your credit card information with them, pay cash.

I had an appointment to get some hitch wiring done, but when I got there they said there was no appointment. So they made an appointment for me for another location 21 miles away and 6 days later. I just got back from that location. They also found no appointment. So I drove 42 miles and wasted over an hour of my time. Do NOT believe anything they tell you! Be sure to double and triple check any appointments. >:-(
