Was not very impressed with the selection but the employees were nice.
I've been a W/S customer for years. I don't even bother looking somewhere else for my appliances. I had a new dishwasher installed today, and Dan did a great job getting me all set. Besides today, I've also used Scott Ledin for help in making decisions about appliances - he helped me furnish a whole house a few years ago - he's efficient, helpful, and has a great deal of patience for this 'old-guy'. I highly recommend W/S to anyone looking for great deals, service, and advice!
I looked around but based on my previous experiences with Warner Stellian I brought business back to them again. My sales rep was instrumental in helping me make my choices.nDelivery and installation were stellar. Charles and Travis were unbelievably professional courteous and meticulous during the install. Very very pleased with the service provided.
Kevin was our sales rep and he was perfect for us. Asked us what we wanted and showed us the right selections for what we were looking for. He answered any questions we had via email in a timely manner and called us about a week before delivery to confirm everything was set for the right date. The delivery team was efficient and early, which is always nice. Within 30 minutes, they delivered the new items and hauled away the old ones.
Great place to get appliances. Clean, safe, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Great delivery (and taking away your old stuff!) and installation. Buy here rather than a big box store. You’ll be much happier!
