Went to about 6 furniture stores with my wife and two young kids. Furniture shopping with kids isn't the easiest process... then we went to Becker at Rosedale Center and it was great. Caleb made the process easy. He made us feel comfortable, and was super friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable, but didn't make us feel inferior even though we do not know much about interior design or furniture. He helped us make good choices on a few key pieces-- will be back. Thanks Caleb!
Caleb was very helpful and patient while helping us not only pick out a couch, but a love seat, rug and vases that also matched the couch we liked. He even took into consideration the kitchen remodel we are planning when considering the living room planning. Highly recommend asking him any interior design questions you have, very knowledge and just a fun guy to talk too.
We went into the store after finding a dining room table at a different location and thinking about it. We found the table in the store by ourselves but then had a hard time finding an associate. However, once we found one our experience was great. Precious was very courteous and helpful. While she processed our order she visited with me about her kids and mine. We left the store being very satisfied and excited about our new dining room table.
Amber Dooley was absolutely phenomenal. She went so far out of her way to make sure I left happy and was more than pleasant to talk to. Now if you could copy her enthusiasm and helpfulness into the rest of the employees at the Rosedale location. Thanks again Amber, I will only work with you on all my furniture needs and good luck on your career.
Absolutely top-notch customer service from beginning to end. Amber listened well and walked us through every option on both showroom floors, even requested an ottoman be brought to our final choice to see if it was a good fit. We ended up purchasing the couch set of our dreams and came back to buy the lamp after thinking about it. No pressure, only wanting to be helpful. We are very satisfied customers thanks to Amber! We'll be back!
