There were 4 people and a German Shepherd at the residence when the driver claimed he attempted delivery. Nobody here can confirm this. All I found was the note on my door. A phone call less than 10 minutes later told me they would get a-hold of him and have him re-attempt. I waited until 6pm and called again. Nobody received any message about attempting a second delivery. Fedex 800 number could connected me with the ground shipping at the Willmar facility the first phone call the next morning, but then couldn't do it a second or third time. Driver was supposed to call to tell me when he would be in the area, that was two hours ago. I asked for a manager and they hung up on me!
Absolutely agree with every negative comment, I have heard a different lie for 4 days in a row. Today the label was damaged. How did you scan it to load it on the truck if the label was damaged?
The people who work at the terminal are awesome ud83dudc4d! She didn't even have to help me and she could have turned me away but she didn't. She found me a box, she helped me with the information on the return label and no one else would help me that day...but the lady at FedEx did!
Ordered HelloFresh and had specific shipping instructions on the box saying leave in vehicle. My package was to arrive yesterday and I received an email saying it was delivered. Nope, not at my house!! Looked everywhere possible that it could have been. Called Fedex and was told drivers note said endurango? Really? Is this to say in Durango? I don’t own a Durango. So I don’t know where the driver delivered it. Was suppose to get a follow up call from fedex and never received that either. Only thing positive out of the situation is HelloFresh is crediting my account.
