Be careful what you order here, they sell defective products. I ordered a fridge-freezer. Paid for extensive multi-year warranty and delivery. Delivery did not install the appliance to the waterline so the ice maker does not work. Apparently there is an additional fee beyond the delivery fee and warranty fee to have the water line hooked up to make the appliance fully functioning. This was not explained on the purchase date.nnNow it is a $120 approx. fee to install the water line to have a fully functioning product. No fault or accountability taken by Warner Stallion. I am appalled. Lesson here is be careful with this company, they lack accountability and communication and will ask for money to pay for their mistakes.
The sales experience wasn’t the best (they tried to up charge for everything) but we needed a new stove, and they had the one we wanted, in stock. The delivery guys were exceptional. Fast, efficient and incredibly courteous.
Purchased a dishwasher 4 years ago, with a 5 year warranty. Dishwasher leaked through kitchen floor and destroyed basement ceiling, drywall and flooring. Called for service and they sent an automated email saying they wouldn’t even respond to schedule an appointment for 72 hours. No sense of urgency, accountability or customer service. Still waiting on any sort of response.nnUpdate: After I called again, they scheduled an appt for 1 week after the initial damage. They had to order parts and I had to call again today to check on the status. They had no update or information to share. It’s now been 10 days with no dishwasher, and all progress has required me proactively calling, scheduling, and following up with them. They have not responded to messages. I am expecting a call with an update tomorrow, I will update this review at that point.
We love Warners' Stellian! Not only are their prices very competitive with big box stores, their customer service makes it easy to get exactly what you need the first time. Delivery was on time and easy and they took our old appliance away for free!
I have purchased several appliances from Warners Stellian. It’s been a good experience each time. I always shop their pricing and it’s always competitive.
