We love going to IKEA. Its nice & clean. But they need to work on putting signs to see for customers to see better in there check out lanes. Its hard to see the regular check out lanes and the express lanes. Also outside where to drive into and drive out to leave. It's hard to see where your leaving and coming into IKEA. They need to work on putting better signs out for customers. I hope they work on that soon. Because nobody well want to shop in the store if they can't see where there going. I am sorry to say that. But this needs to be addressed. People also need to work on helping customers more. I don't see that happening. Unless a customer asks the person working at the store for help. Other then that the people are nice &,helpful at the store at the information booth and checkout lanes. I am only giving it three stars until I see them make changes ⭐⭐⭐

Clean and clear environment! Great to walk around for ideas and wonderful products, some products you can't buy anywhere else. Cafe area with delicious food is always a must stop for my kids. They really enjoy their food. Meatballs, salmon, veggies, and desserts are delicious!

The staff were very happy to help and was helpful. The food in the cafeteria was delicious but the sides portions were small. There were only 3 small size salmon balls where given wish I had more. So I went to the area that sales them but the only had chicken no salmon balls. I got the chicken one. I really miss the place and I am happy they are back open again. Will be coming again.

It is exactly what you expect. Cheap furniture that looks decent at a low-ish cost. There are definitely a few pieces that will last quite a while and are worth the money.nnCurrently, extremely crowded, even for order pickup. However, they are efficient at trying to get folks in and out as quickly as possible given the limits of the parking garage and capabilities of their workers.

Stopped to get some kitchen utensils, bread board, and some cutting boards. Good quality for a great price but getting in and out of that store takes a lot of time and walking. It is like a maze and you need to learn the short cuts so you don't wander around for hours.nBut it is worth the effort once in a while.
