Had a great experience with Kara this week. She was running a little late but made sure to let me know right away so I could plan my day. She even was able to deliver my item a little bit earlier at my request so it could arrive before my husband got home from work... you know how that goes! Thanks for going above and beyond Kara!

Jacob was amazing!! The company that hired Dash didn't give them the appropriate description of what they were picking up and I had been waiting to return the item for almost a month and Jacob with the help of my neighbor got the appliance loaded in the truck! He is wonderful and took all the stress out of having to wait for another pick up!!!

We received wonderful service from Dash Express. They worked us into their schedule when NordicTrack totally screwed up our pick up - after sending the wrong treadmill. They were on time and followed through with everything they promised. The two guys that picked up the treadmill were professional, efficient ,courteous and VERY strong. I need to have some other personal furniture moved and will definitely work with Dash Express again. They are the best !!!!!nJust for the record - Nordictrack customer service is the worst!! Spent many hours on the phone with them over the past 3 weeks trying to get this treadmill picked up and no one knew what they were doing! They are very unorganized and not efficient at all.

I had a treadmill delivered today 1/27. It was a treadmill like none other, a beast. Listed at 215lbs, but you know the seller downplayed the weight to get a better shipping cost because this thing was solid mass of pure metal.nnKARA came through and delivered this beast not only to my door. But up not one, or two, but three flights of stairs!! I assisted, but honestly she did 80-90% of the work lifting this treadmill up.nnShe puts Wonder Woman, Hercules, and that UFC guy McGregor to shame the way she was able to get this into my apartment.nnMany thanks to this delivery team and to Ms. Kara specifically. I appreciate you and your assistance.
