I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the service was pretty fast. After she finished she went to wipe the oil on my brows to get access wax off. I felt a burning sensation and let her know but she laughed it off. She didn’t seem concerned and she was the professional so I figured my eyes were just a little sensitive because I hadn’t had them waxed in a few months. paid for the service and left. I noticed that it was still burning so I looked at my right brow to find a burn mark. I instantly reached out to let her know. She stated this was normal and to use A and D ointment and that she would not be refunding my money. This is NOT normal the wax was obviously too hot and she was moving too fast.
