Great service and wonderful staff. Everything was so painless and easy. Paige, the GM was amazing when she took care of me. Will definitely recommend this locations to others.
Rented a car transport Wednesday for Saturday. Got a call Friday evening that they didn't actually have one. Was told that another spot did and they'd transfer my rental there. It's 930am and the current store is trying to find one because THEY DON'T HACE ONE EITHER.nnUhaul will lie to you about having the trailer and will continue to lie to keep you on the hook. Useless. Absolutely worthless.
Staff were very friendly right when I walked through the entrance door.nMain office (the area where you can purchase supplies, look at storage unit sample spaces, register) was very clean, staff were well knowledgeable of supplies and storage information.
I mostly don't give reviews especially negative reviews.nStopped buy to get propane yesterday and pressed the service call button.nWaited 10 minutes and never heard a thing.nWent inside to see what was going on and found only one person with a line of three people.nNobody in service department for propane fills.nWhy have propane fills if you do't have anyone to provide the service?nAnother RV said he had been waiting for 20 minutes and gave up.nIf you don't have the personnel to fill propane at least put a sign up stating so.
Paige is awesome! And is helping us with a very stressful move making it as easy for us as possible. We are so happy we decided to use this Uhaul ❤ufe0f
