I walked into T-Mobile, and I was greeted instantly by a man named Ibrahim. I always had bad experiences with phone store employees but Ibrahim had a different attitude towards his job. Honestly I felt a connection with him. He showed me all the latest phones and gear then I began to sweat and think to myself. “Is it really possible for a T-Mobile employee to be this helpful, caring and nice. Honestly this is a man I can sit down on a Saturday night, drink a cold one and watch sports with.” The way he inspired me to get the iPhone 12 Pro Max was truly award winning. Honestly to all T-Mobile customers Ibrahim is your guy, this man will take care of you better then your wife. I later invited Ibrahim to my estate in Beverly Hills, Michigan where we drank that cold one and watched the latest sports event. You might ask how did I get in contact with this man, well it was thanks to my new iPhone 12 Pro Max.

When I arrived to this store I wish to take my phone and put a t-mobile Sim into my device since it was a sprint phone and doing so allows better phone service. I went to two different stores and they told me they couldn't do it but Sam right away said he can do it with no issue and he was bouncing back and forth with me and another customer taking care of us both in a timely fashion and answering all questions that came to mind. Also another employee MD helped me out as well when it came to questions about the Samsung devices since in the future I wish to upgrade my device he explained each device I had questions about with great detail without second guessing himself. Sam and MD are the main guys you want to talk to when to arrive at this location. Very friendly and helpful and for now on this is my location to come back to

This is the best T-Mobile store around the staff in this store are A1 top flight best of the best Especially Romario he is the best customers service rep around the lady there today was great too wish I remembered her name but If u need a phone go to this store and let them join y’all up fasho fasho

Honestly it was a really bad day for me. A Monday of all mondays. But everything changed when i arrived at the T-Mobile on middlebelt and Cherry Hill. When I pulled into the parking lot the energy around me started to change. I was greeted by 2 men named Romario and Sahil. And honestly I began to get emotional it was the first time someone had welcomed me with a smile on their face in the last 5 years. That’s when the strangest thing happened to me. I started to notice my stomach began to rumble with hunger....I wasn’t the only one who noticed it. That’s when the kind man Romario offered me a bag of chips. After consuming said bag of chips, I began to feel quenched. That’s when Sahil came running out the back with a bottle of water for me. Chick-Fil-A doesn’t even provide costumer service like that. I almost cried at the help I was given. All of this help and support just for me to get a screen protector. I felt like I didn’t do enough for these kind men. So I offered them to join me in a waygu beef barbecue in my mansion in Garden City. During this barbecue my phone had fallen onto the grill. However don’t worry it was nothing due to my new screen protector.
