The two young men that came to move us were polite enough but packed the truck at a slowernthan expected pace--we had more boxes than they anticipated which was a part of the issue for sure but the bigger issue was that they packed things in a such a manner that many items were teetering and packed seemingly without forethought or planning and it ended with there being an extra foot of space in the trailer that we had to pay for because items were not packed tightly enough to secure the bulkhead tightly inside of the moving trailer. Many of our furniture and kitchen items were broken despite being packed in moving blankets and adequate planning. They did not communicate to us that they needed a different or particular kind of rope other than what we provided leading us to think that they had what was needed to adequately secure our items.
