I have stored at several self storage facilities throughout the years, both for business and personal use and have been very impressed by the service that I have recieved at National Storage Centers Redford location. The on-site managers, Adam & Crystal, are always friendly and make sure to make themselves available to all customers. The facility is clean and well-managed which makes it easy to be a customer here long term.

I got a unit there and I can say with the new hours I feel like all my things are safe and the mangers there are very nice and helps out a lot when I need help

clean polite and welcoming is what i have to say about this place I will be getting a unit and also my mom also they have a refer a friend program that I will be doing too a free $50.00 I can use that also

I just wanted to say I been with this company for years i have never had any problems with them yea at first I did'nt the hour change but after they explain to me that it keeps our stuff safer with the office being open same as the building i feel a lot better but the people they have there is a big help to me and i would keep my things there for many more years if i have to I give this company and they empolyee's a 5 star cause they work hard stay late and even there on Sunday if you go there they would go out the way to make sure your things are safe like walk to check on your units everyday and also they call you to remind you that your payment is late which I like cause I do tin to forget sometimes so if you want to get a good place to store your things I say go here and they will take care of you.
