When I arrived to this store I wish to take my phone and put a t-mobile Sim into my device since it was a sprint phone and doing so allows better phone service. I went to two different stores and they told me they couldn't do it but Sam right away said he can do it with no issue and he was bouncing back and forth with me and another customer taking care of us both in a timely fashion and answering all questions that came to mind. Also another employee MD helped me out as well when it came to questions about the Samsung devices since in the future I wish to upgrade my device he explained each device I had questions about with great detail without second guessing himself. Sam and MD are the main guys you want to talk to when to arrive at this location. Very friendly and helpful and for now on this is my location to come back to

Time of Arrival: 6:20pm on 12/19nnWaited for service for 15 minutes to no avail. Only communication was from an employee after 12 minutes in, “be with you in one sec...” Waited a few more minutes, and no luck. Decided to leave after 15 minutes.nnWasn’t greeted and did not feel welcomed.nnHours of Operation: Sat. 10am-8pm
