I ordered a caramel ice coffee.....that is not what I received. This is the second time I have went here and received something totally different. They are in such a hurry to NOT hear what you are saying then give you something else. I am so tired of places having horrible service and not caring. I have been trying to support local businesses during the pandemic but this place can shut down as far as I am concerned! I will not be back, I would rather drive out of my way for good service than give my money to those who don't care.
Slowest place ever. I had plenty of time to write this review in the drive thru after already waiting 20 minutes! There weren't many cars before me. All of this for a sweet tea.
I went to Dunkin this morning and I ordered a Carmel latte now i come here a lot and they don’t always get it right but you know every 10 times I go they might get it right but today... they had me messed up. All I wanted was a Carmel latte with whip cream and I couldn’t even get Carmel in the latteud83eudd7a like I’m really sad about this Carmel latte.
This is the WORST DD ever! They are slow and chaotic! Their customer service skills suck. They should have closed instead of the other one down the street. If I could give them a zero, I would.
How can you not like a Duncan Donut with a fresh brewed cup of hot coffee, love it!
