The most unreliable, time wasting customer service i have ever encountered. Can't refund my payment for an order I canceled and never picked up months ago [may 2020!]. Unprecedented! Even the corporate is useless in this matter
Coffee luke warm from container. Just nasty. I had to get a refund.
Why are they even open? Can’t make milkshakes, espresso machine doesn’t work, can’t make Cappuccino blasts.. always only have one employee working, hard bagels, limited ice cream.nnJust do us a favor and lock the doors.
