Had excellent customer service here today. Kaitlyn was very helpful and accommodating in helping rectify a mishap. I always get fresh, delicious food here (macaroni and salads). I would definitely recommend them.
Would give 0 stars to this location if I could. Delivery over the last few times has gotten slower and slower. Delivery today took over 3 hours. Called 3 times no answer. Delivery finally gets here it is the wrong order. Will not be back to this location. Had to go to twitter to figure out how to get a refund. They we're helpful
Being as they just reopened the inside, they were all ready and very helpful. This one girl was just helpful and nice, even when we met in the restroom. That I had to tip her on the side. She was exceptionally helpful and nice. We definitely go to this Panera again.
Great customer service and quick order preparation. Flatbread pizzas were phenomenal. Corporate Recommendation - I would have two sets of directions for reheating pizza: one for softer crust (maybe 2-3 minutes at 350°) and one for harder crust, if possible. Otherwise, Keep it up!
Absolutely horrible experience here the morning of Tuesday, March 2 around 8:10am. The worker gave me and my wife attitude about our order and ignored us after asking for plastic knives 2 separate times. I worked in customer service for 9 years and would’ve been fired real quick acting like that.
