Purchased 2 phone lines with phones $149.99 David gave Sarah and I great discount on cases and Friendly service. I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME remember metro 8 digit account pin or the answer to my account security question. Google says they are open but I have been calling since 12 with no answer....kinda need this resolved...bumbed
Honestly, This is one of the best metro pcs store in Metro Detroit. Every time i have had a problem with my phone they always fixed it for me and go out there way to get it done. Johnny and David are absolutely amazing at what they do. Very friendly, they treat you like family, and also will make you laugh. Best Experience ever. Highly recommended. .

I've been coming to this location since they opened and even when it changed to new ownership these guys actually became better. The current owners actually take part in the neighborhood, they have food drives for the community, and even have days where they will barbecue for the customers. They're awesome.
Now that johnny's not there im never shopping here again. I been coming to this location for years spending money. Called them today and no one could help. I explained how i moved a hour away and he said id have to come in for them to give me help. I have always gotton answers and help before.
