If you have mice concerns, place 2-3 sticks of peppermint gum in their wrappers, keep the wrappers open and place on paper plates. Rodents and spiders hate peppermint, so do bugs, works like a charm and lasts for months
Absolutely delighted with my experience. Parked a boat in the outdoor lot and rented a 5x10 unit. The staff was accommodating, the facility was well maintained, and I will recommend Dexter Storage to anyone.
I believe the location is great, however this year our camper had to be totalled out because of the mice infestation. I hope this storage facility might spray or help make sure this doesn't happen to other's camper's. This was the second year in a row that we had a problem with mice. So we thought we would give them a second chance, but this year as you have read above, it has been totalled out. They didn't offer, I'm sorry nothing, just that we will remove you from our systems. Just be careful when storing your camper, these camper's are not cheap, and they are not cheap to fix.
I came in to rent a storage unit, and found this to be a clean, friendly business. The grounds are very well kept, and the man who was in the office, Jim, was very friendly. This really impressed me.nnEverything is outlined in the contract, there are no surprises, and the location is great - right next to 94 for easy access.nnI recommend their company.
