Just want to give a shout out to Mike Manna and Sam at this Verizon store. My husband and I have had terrible service at Sprint (Now T-Mobile) and were looking to switch carriers. I approached Sam three weeks prior to my purchase and he gave me the run down on cost to switch, the latest tech, and when to come in based on the promotions. I kind of blew him off and checked the competitors only to find out that AT&T didn't want my business and Sprint wasn't in the mood to retain their customer so we headed back into Verizon and not only got a BETTER deal but also top notch service. I felt like a valued customer and never felt rushed or like a number with either Mike or Sam. ALSO they stayed open late to finish switching our content over and kept us laughing the whole time. I truly feel they gave us a great deal and we can't wait to continue our business with them. 100% stop by for a new phone, to switch carriers, or just to pick up the sweetest tech and ask for Mike or Sam (You won't be disappointed)!

I was so grateful for the service I received. I was having trouble with corporate Verizon. This location went above and beyond in helping me get the right phone number to reach Verizon at. and They held phone I wanted (last one left. In high demand). They called me when my phone was ready for pickup because they knew I was on a time scheduled end my old phone was completely broken. When I got there they set the phone up for me and put on the screen protector perfectly!! ud83dude4cud83cudffb I’ll be heading back here again next phone! It was so much easier than navigating that alone.
