I went into this location looking for a specific Apple Watch which had been hard to find. I had the pleasure of working with Sydney at this location. After determining that they did not have the Apple Watch I was looking for in stock in their store she proceeded to call six or seven other locations to find a store nearby that did have it in stock. In addition to that she made sure my phone was going to be compatible with that Apple Watch as I am currently a sprint customer but was purchasing an Apple Watch from T-Mobile. I can honestly say this is the best customer service experience I’ve received in years. Not only was the service great but The staff was extremely friendly and put me at ease. Great work!

I normally do write reviews but I must. Tried to upgrade to an iphone. Sergio and Eddie tried very hard but did not succeed. I spent over two hours and did not get a phone. The processes didn't work. They kept trying to run the numbers through the system but things didn't jive. Worst experience ever in buying a phone. I asked for something free to compensate for a wasted afternoon. Said they couldn't do anything. I am a Sprint customer and am not thrilled with the merger. The company has got to do better.

The store is nice and the staff were friendly but the black guy, eddie was kinda clueless.

This is the worst phone store I have done business with. Over priced can’t fix anything with my bill. Get bogo I watches still charging me for two have more lines on my contract then we have. Somehow no one in this store can figure it out. Willing to cancel my contract and go to a real phone company that actually has service. Spend your money else where.
