Food always great. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are not very clear about where you should park your car for the rapid pick up. Turns out after wasting 10 minutes of my life, that you should stop at the door of Panera. You know, where the NO stopping, NO standing, NO parking sign is.
I did a curbside pickup. I placed my order, with ASAP pickup, before leaving the parking of a grocery store half a block away. When I pulled up, I tapped the 'I'm Here' link in my confirmation email. A minute later my order was brought to me. A sandwich and 6 bagels. Fast, fresh, no-contact, friendly service. Four star rating is because their food is pricey. But it's definitely great eating.
Trying out the coffee subscription for free. I do rapid pickup so I don't communicate with the staff. But my order is always ready even if I am a tad early
Now you might think that all of the Panera Bread Restaurants are the same, but this one is exceptional. Great food and even better service. The staff here are so polite and really make a point of seeing that all of your needs are met.nAlso, in America it is a law to provide free water for its citizens; Panera Bread is no different. This will be the BEST iced water you will ever devour...Would highly recommend!
Even in the pandemic we usually recieve great service. They've gone above and beyond to ensure that the service we receive is quick and accurate. My food is always good. I love their bread bowls!
