Came in looking to upgrade my phone, Ryan was the sales associate that helped me through the whole process and was a great help. He saved me spending an extra $150 by letting me know old phone was still eligible for a trade in despite the fact that it had a fair amount of damage to it. I would definitely recommend coming in here and working with him or any of them for that matter
This store is awesome the customer service is amazing. They truly went above and beyond for me as a customer! I really appreciate everything Ryan did for me. He did not have to and I was really in a pickle and they helped me out so much. 10/10 recommend
I had the pleasure of meeting Heather today and she is simply amazing. Made the entire experience very pleasant. She made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions.
Heather has been quite helpful with my issues, Verizon computer system neglected to note the credit due to my account with Black Friday deals and upgrade promotions. I came here with a gut wrenching anxiety because I hate having to deal with these issues. Heather was amazing, she offered to call corporate, assisted me with changing out sims, and did it with a smile! This trip has definitely gone better than I expected with the customer service alone. Verizon needs some sort of auditing system to prevent customers like myself from over paying.
Just had my phone broke and went right over. Had no problem with getting set up both guys were awesome and so helpful! I always love coming in such great service!.
