Almost perfect food. Chicken was better with out the hotsauce. It had a perfect amount of flavor. The collardgreens were amazing. I will definitely be back for that. Corn bread was so moist that there was no need for any butter. The mash potatoes were fullfilling and tasted great. I would rate this place an 8.2 out of 10.
Worth going into the mall for! Really good soul food.
In the wake of seeing all our small businesses close, it's good to see this local business still open and thriving. I came here with my family in need of some soul food and they DELIVERED. The smothered chicken fell right off the bone and the loaded potatoes were exactly what I needed. I wish they had greens on the menu, though.
Amazing hospitatility and food. Will go back again and again.
