I absolutely love this place! I truly was not expecting the result I got from the removal of a very prominent dark spot on my face and some how thanks to Haley Stevens it is gone! She is truly amazing. I have also seen Doctor Guenther and he saved my face years ago. This entire practice is fantastic. Thank you all! ud83dude04

I could not recommend Dr. Dax and his team more strongly. I did my homework, researching and consulting with several plastic surgeons in New England, and I have zero regrets choosing Dr. Dax over all of the others. My friend recommended him after he did her breast augmentation, and I immediately knew I made the right choice after leaving the consultation. Dr. Dax is an absolute ARTIST! ...and a perfectionist, and professional, and calm. He's basically everything you'd want in a surgeon who is going to perform a very important operation on you. Emily, who is the beautiful woman at the front desk, was always so patient and understanding with my many post-op phone calls (typical me, worrying about nothing). I just had my final post-op appointment with Dr. Dax, and he has been such a positive part of my life these past few months that I feel a little bummed that I won't be needing to see him anymore. However, if I choose to have any further operations, I will 100% be going to Dr. Dax. He is the ONLY person I trust to be honest, caring, and MAN does he deliver. If you're considering Coastal Plastic Surgery, I strongly urge you to choose this place.

Cellfina: A Cellulite Treatment that ACTUALLY works.nI have tried so many different solutions to treat the cellulite on my thighs and butt, nothing has worked from creams, gels, scrubs, massages, Viora RF frequencies treatment, and even losing 30lbs. I still had severe dimples in my thighs. I met with Dr. Guenther to go over my concerns, and I can’t say enough about how thorough he is, he explained the treatment in detail and does not sell you or push any procedure. Along him being awesome, his staff is amazing. I booked my Cellfina procedure right after summer and wish I did it years ago. Two weeks after the procedure, I already saw a huge difference. Six weeks out, I am amazed at the results and they will continue to improve over the next year. Dr. Guenther took the time and made sure to get all of my problem areas. I was sore the first day and by day 2-3 I felt fine. It is a little tender the first few days but a quick recovery. Cellfina actually gets rid of your dimpling cellulite.

I found Dr. Dax Guenther when I was googling a local surgeon. I read his bio and credentials and met with him for a consultation. His personality was humble, kind and very caring, he listened intently to me. He educated me on the various procedures, his wealth of knowledge and detail was incredible. I felt fully equipped/educated with the fine details of the procedure and recovery.nThe staff was so kind and knowledgeable too, they provided a packet of information that I referred to post the surgery, it was spot on with the recovery! AND Emily, she will do whatever it takes to me feel comfortable, to the extent of offering an ipad with music and other entertainment to set a calming relaxing atmosphere. She is simply amazing!nI had my first follow up appointment with Dr Dax Guenther and I just couldn’t wait to see him, this man changed my life! The Team is just as amazing too, words cannot express the wonderful experience and how I truly appreciated their caring ways. If you are ever considering surgery, I highly recommend Dr Dax Guenther and his team to take care of you.

I am a recent patient of Dr.Guenther and got a rhinoplasty about a week ago. They made sure I was comfortable and all my questions and concerns were answered and took care of me in every way possible. Recovery was pretty fast and almost no pain!! I’m so happy with my results. This procedure has completely changed my life and made me so much more confident. They are definitely the best!
