I hired Floor Coverings International to replace the majority of flooring in my office with LVP. Erick was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made several trips to make sure that the job would be completed with no interruption to our daily office activities (not an easy task). Erick was always on time and detailed throughout both the quoting and install process. The job was completed flawlessly, professionally and on schedule. The crew was very experienced. I will definitely be using this company again for future flooring needs.

When we decided to install wood floors, we interviewed several companies and ultimately went with Floor Coverings International. Erick came to our house (wearing a mask, of course, we didn't have to ask) and walked us through our many options. He was incredibly helpful assisting us to choose the floors that would be best for us, since we have kids and pets. It was so fun to look at all the samples and he gave us several estimates on different options so we could stay within our budget.nnThe installation went great, too! We installed wood floors on all the carpeted areas of the main floor of our house: living room, hallway, and two bedrooms. Dave and Eric were our installers and they were fantastic. There was obviously noise, but they coordinated with my husband who works from home and my kids were still able to do their online school without issue. They cleaned up at the end of every day - we were living in their work zone, but they made it as pleasant as possible. It took about 7 full days of work and we did a final walk through before they signed off.nnSharee, Erick's wife, maintained regular communication with us as well, making sure that the installation was going well and we didn't have any issues.nnOur new wood floors give me heart-eyes! I love how easy it is to clean them and there's a special bonus of watching our pets go sliding across the floor as they get used to them. My husband, who was on the fence about wood floors, is already musing about how to get them in our basement. Our whole experience with Floor Coverings International has been easy and positive. I would recommend them to everyone!

I give this company 5 stars from start to finish! Sharee was amazing as she coordinated the entire project. She was always very pleasant to communicate with. Devon came right to my house with all of the floor samples on hand and was very helpful and patient with me and he helped me decide what would work best for me and my budget. My dog also enjoyed his attention. ♡ When the install team showed up they were all very professional and efficient . They helped me turn my ugly basement from drab to Fab!! Now my family and my grandkids have a fun and comfortable space that they can enjoy and hangout in!
