I was having difficulty finding a part for a 1970's swivel chair until I found this company. Customer service was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They really know their products and helped me pick out the correct replacement part. They ship fast, too! I received the item in a few days. Also, the part is really sturdy and fit the chair perfectly. These days, so few companies give both quality products and excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again.

I don't typically take the time to write reviews online but I must make an exception for ChairPartsOnline. I have a favorite leather office chair that I bought in 1993 and was very disappointed when the gas cylinder stopped working. I decided to look into the possibility of repairing it before buying a new one which led me to find ChairPartsOnline. I called and spoke to Leslie in customer service. She was knowledgeable and helpful and in no time at all was able to identify which part I needed to repair my chair. She also recommended instructional videos on how to remove the old cylinder and install the new one. The part arrived in two days with free shipping. I was able to have my chair working again as good as new in 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased. I am sitting in it now! I recommend this company to anyone seeking to repair their office furniture. You won't be disappointed.

Was struggling finding a cylinder that would work with a chair of ours that had a unique design and Pete gave me an amazing idea for a way to modify a spare cylinder we've got to make it function I'm sure his fix will work. Didn't even make a purchase and he helped me out!
