I don't know if the Panera on Gull Road is bad with salads, or just bad with my salads. How hard is it to leave out tomatoes when it says it right there on the receipt? At least they didn't give me onions too. Last time I ordered something with a salad from this one, they gave me the wrong order completely. Maybe I'll just stick to bagels.
Idk who managed to correct my address after the order went thru but YOU ROCK!!! I’d like to extend my appreciation to the delivery driver as well! Great team work guys!
Gave me the wrong delivery order. I called and they brought me a new order which I noticed was wrong, once again. So I called again and told them to hurry up and bring me the right order. 45 min passed and they still didn't bring my order so I called and the manager was super rude to me and said he thought I said not to bring it. They finally brought the right order and did give me a coupon. That's the only reason I am not giving them one star, which they really deserve. I should not have to wait two and a half hours for chicken noodle soup smh.....
