I actually would rate Pegasus with 10 Stars if I could. The staff is excellent. Our salesperson we are working with, Dawn, is awesome. She gives us complete support. She's readily available and totally knowledgeable. The 2 men that actually came out and installed our hot tub, Jake and Jim were also a 10. They knew what to do and asked us if we had any questions all along the way. They were very helpful and stated they'd come back out if we needed any assistance. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend Pegasus for your spa needs.

I have visited Pegasus Pool and Spa on numerous occasions and received great service each and every time. I am a new pool owner and had numerous questions each time I came in.nnDawn was extremely patient and personable as she listened and answered all of my questions. Dawn is a great employee and very knowledgeable with the products. Thanks to her advice, I was able to gain control of an out of control pool!!nnAdditionally, I would like to thank the owner for going above and beyond as I tried to prepare my pool for a Fourth of July party. Absolutely amazing customer service!!nnThese ladies are amazing and know how to run a successful business!! All around friendly and attentive staff every time I have come in. Thank you for all of your help and I will be back soon for all of my pool needs and supplies!

Pegasus did a great job fixing our hot tub. We were impressed by their great selection of spas, furniture, grills and pool/lake decorations. They also have tons of chemicals for your pool and hot tub.

Awesome folks! Delivered a hot tub that we bought from a private seller. Reasonable with pricing. Patient with my wife wanting the orientation of the tub changed. Helped in many ways!. We will be using Pegasus for all of our hot tub needs. Thanks again!

I have had nothing but exceptional customer service from Pegasus in Brooklyn, Mi. From purchasing my hot tub to maintenance to moving it to a new home. The service area went above and beyond to store and move my hot tub to my new home. Dawn and Rachel are very knowledgeable. I trust their expertise.
