I give them 4 ud83cudf1f Stars. been doing well as can during the Covic 19 pendenic, only drive thru at the moment but will open slowly Intel back to regular business hours...
Tonight's like the fourth time this place has been closed before the closing time. Called to make sure closing time and got there before closing and no one would answer the intercom. Called them while in line and was told they were closed(not even 7yet). One time had them actually lock the doors as we were getting ready to reach for them to come in. Worst place ever don't waste your time going.
I'm only giving a one star as I've drove here from Ithaca 3 times now wanting to get a waffle cone. Annnnnnd of course all 3 times now they say they have none. The lady who helped me was very friendly! That's the only reason I gave a two star. Her service was a 5* but constantly out of product don't look good. It's summer time. How in the heck do you not have waffle cones. Especially when y'all make them. ud83dudc4e
Love the selection and quality of the ice cream. Tons of favorites. The only reason I gave it four stars instead if five stars is because of the price being really high.
Service is great, awesome customer service and the ice cream is out of sight. I appreciate the fact they mix the flavors I pick into each other. To the best of my knowledge it's made on site. They always have a great selection of flavors.
